1. Information we receive
When you contact B Detailing, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, ZIP code or service address, requested services, appointment information, photos you send and the contents of your communications. We use the information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information or photos containing personal documents.
Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, timestamps and delivery or security logs to operate and protect their services.
2. Website form, cookies and payments
The current estimate form uses your selected service, vehicle details and ZIP code in your browser to prepare an SMS. Those form fields are not submitted by this website to our server or a booking database. Your messaging app handles the prepared message; we receive it only after you send it.
We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or account-registration tools to this website. Infrastructure providers may use their own technical mechanisms for security and delivery. The website does not currently collect or process payment-card or bank-account details.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, estimate work, confirm availability, arrange and provide detailing, communicate about appointments, handle customer concerns and maintain necessary business records. We do not use an inquiry as consent to unrelated promotional messages.
4. Messaging and AI providers
SMS, MMS and RCS messages are handled by your carrier, messaging service and our communications providers. If Google AI-assisted messaging or another assistant is enabled and available, your phone number, message content and information you provide may be processed by the providers involved to deliver messages and generate responses. They may also process service data for security, abuse prevention and operating or improving their services under their applicable policies.
AI assistance does not replace our personal confirmation of final prices or appointments. You can request a person or call us. Do not send passwords, government identification numbers, card numbers or bank credentials in chat. We do not promise that business messages are end-to-end encrypted.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information or share your phone number or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. We share information as needed with providers that support hosting, communications and business recordkeeping; when you direct us to; or when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect safety or address fraud. Providers may also handle data under their own policies. Following a Facebook or Instagram link takes you to a third-party service.
6. Retention and security
We keep inquiries, messages and service records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, resolve issues and meet recordkeeping obligations. Copies may also remain with your messaging service or other providers under their retention practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may choose not to send a form or message. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legal or legitimate business purposes. To stop text replies, reply STOP or contact us directly. For help, reply HELP or call. Message and data rates may apply.
8. Children and policy changes
Our services and website are intended for adult customers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy as our practices change, and will display the current effective date here.
